How much does a cleaning cost?
$45 an hour for the time actually worked, with a 2-hour minimum. Type your address on the quote page for an estimate for your exact home — beds, baths, square footage and pets all change the hours.
Why is the price an estimate and not a flat rate?
Homes differ. The estimate tells you about how long it will take; you are billed for the time Clarel actually works at $45/hr. The pricing page shows the exact formula.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Clarel brings her own natural, pet-safe products (she makes them herself) and her own vacuum.
Are the products safe for pets and kids?
Yes — natural products with essential oils, no harsh chemicals. Tell us about pets when you book so they can be planned around.
Do I have to be home?
No. Add entry notes — lockbox, gate code, alarm, parking, pets — when you book or later in your account.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, from your account, up to 24 hours before the clean (up to 2 moves per booking). Inside that window, just text Clarel.
How do I pay?
Pay after the clean by cash, Zelle, Venmo or card from the invoice link. Where card payment is offered at booking, it is charged by the business directly.
Can I tip?
Tips are always optional and go to Clarel. The invoice link offers a tip when you pay by card.
What is the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean keeps a home in shape; a deep clean adds baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, vents, switches and built-up grime. A deep clean starts at 4 hours.
Do you do move-in and move-out cleans?
Yes — inside cabinets, drawers and appliances, in an empty home. Send photos of the worst spots ahead of time so the right tools come along.
