How pricing works
One rate: $45 an hour, for the time Clarel actually works, with a 2-hour minimum. The quote estimates the hours for your home so you know what to expect before you book.
The estimate, step by step
- Start from the type of clean:
- Standard clean: 1 h base, 2 h minimum
- Deep clean: 2.5 h base, 4 h minimum
- Move-in clean: 3 h base, 4 h minimum
- Move-out clean: 3 h base, 4 h minimum
- Add 0.35 h per bedroom and 0.5 h per bathroom.
- Add 0.6 h for every 1,000 sq ft over 1,200 sq ft.
- Pets add 0.25 h (hair gets everywhere).
- Condition: light ×0.9, average ×1, needs extra work ×1.25.
- Never below the minimum for that clean; rounded up to the next quarter hour.
- Hours × $45. Recurring visits save 10% weekly or 5% every other week.
