These terms cover your use of this website and any text messages you receive from C&D Cleaning.

1. SMS program — key terms

Program description: text messages about your cleaning request and appointments — replies to your enquiry, booking confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.

Message frequency: varies with your bookings.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message you receive or send.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. How to get help — HELP

Reply HELP to any message for help, or use our contact form.

3. How to opt out — STOP

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

4. How you consent

You consent to texts by ticking the SMS box on our forms, which reads: “Yes, C&D Cleaning may text me about my request and appointments. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.” Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

5. Estimates and pricing

Online prices are estimates. Cleaning is billed by the hour for the time actually worked, subject to the minimum shown when you book.
