• To send appointment-related messages you have agreed to receive.
• To honour opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests and keep the required records.

3. SMS-specific privacy practices

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information related to text messaging — including your phone number and opt-in status — is used only to communicate with you about your request and appointments, as described in our Terms, and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers we rely on to run this website and send messages — Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (web hosting) — each permitted to use the data only to provide their service to us, and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

• Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
• To access, correct or delete your information, send a request through our contact form.
